Like all surgeons in this Trust, their job plans do not allow them to have enough time to cover their administrative commitments such as dealing with Two Week Rule results, endoscopy reports, GP letters, patient correspondence etc. It is my experience that the surgeons that I am PA to are having to do admin at weekends and late at night. Pressures are immense. Mr. Khera does amazingly well to keep on top of this situation.
